Organising readings into folders

Open up a reading list.

Click on the Folder icon, New group button
- Pop out box will appear where the folder name can be typed in, (A). Please note that another folder layer cannot be created.
- Once a name has been typed in click on the Create button, (B). The new group will appear under all of the ungrouped readings. Repeat for each required group.
Editing folder name
- Click on the edit icon, to the right of the folder, (A). A pop out box will appear.
- Edit the text as required in the Name box.
- Click on the Update box once complete.
Deleting a folder
- Click on the red bin icon, to the right of the folder, (see B, in above diagram).
- A pop out box will appear asking you if you want to continue. Press Yes to delete the folder.
Moving readings into folders.
Newly added items will appear in the Ungrouped readings folder.
Readings cannot be replicated in multiple files, within the one reading shell.
Moving one reading at a time
- Click on the black cross symbol to the right of a reading, to drag and drop it into a selected folder or if the order of the readings needs to be changed.
Move multiple readings at a time
- Click in boxes to the left of the readings, (A) that are going to be moved or click in box to the left of a folder, (B) if a whole folder is going to be moved.
- Click on Move to folder with Cross symbol
- Click on the chosen folder.
- Click on the Preview (Eye symbol) button in the menu ribbon across the top, for a student view.
- The collapse all and expand all buttons can be used to quickly review readings.
