Your research publications

Are you wanting to explore your options for publishing your research and making your research outputs available online? Explore the resources below for some tips:

  • The Scholarly Publishing library guide will assist you with scholarly publishing decisions such as selecting journals or conferences, publishing books, publishing from your thesis, and open access considerations.
  • Information on pathways to publishing Open Access is available on our Open Scholarship website.
  • Your thesis (once examined) will be made available via our repository Minerva Access. Information on requirements and open access considerations can be found on the Open Access Theses page.
  • For University of Melbourne staff, Elements is the key interface to provide details of and claim research publications. It allows the deposit of an appropriate version of publication to meet open access funder mandates, and to be available for discovery in the Open Access repository through Minerva Access.
  • The Research Outputs team can offer support and advice on where and how your research outputs are made available.
  • Information on how and where to publish your non-traditional or creative research outputs can be found on our Melbourne Figshare page.
