Guidelines of entry
- Create an entry that represents a book, title, author, character or genre and has an edible component. No cooking or baking necessary. As long as part of the entry is food, it counts.
- Bring your entry to the ERC Foyer before 9:30am May 22nd 2017 so judging can commence.
- Please provide the book or picture of the book cover that you are representing with your entry.
- Registration for the event is preferred but, last-minute entries will also be accepted.
Terms and conditions
- Entries are anonymous until after judging is complete, once the winners are announced, entrants names and their portfolio area within the University may be published in University newsletters, social media etc. Winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize may be asked to take a photo with the judge.
- Photo's of the edible entries may be used in future promotional material - but will not include staff.
- The People's Choice Award will be awarded to the entry with the most votes (excluding those that won 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize in the current years competition).
