This service provides access to the National Construction Code (NCC), which consists of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) + the Plumbing code of Australia (PCA) and the Australian Standards referenced by the codes.

Acumen Practice Notes
Australian Building Industry Contracts (ABIC) is available on the Acumen database, ABIC are jointly published by the Australian Institute of Architects and Master Builders Australia.

Building Regulations and Approved Documents Index (UK)
An enhanced Manual to the UK Building Regulations designed to be clear and useful for a range of audiences, and a fully searchable PDF of all Approved Documents.
HIA Forms
The suite of Housing Industry Association contract forms for use around Australia are available via this link. Once you have registered on the site, go to ‘Create’ on the ‘Contracts Online’ page, select the contract you want, then click ‘create contract’ (not ‘create template'. Then click ’save and exit’ without filling it in (if you fill in the contract, it will prompt you to pay for it). Back at your ‘My Contracts’ list, click on the contract and then click ‘preview’. This will generate a sample contract to view for student purposes (watermarked ‘draft only, do not sign’).

LexisPSL Construction
Includes practice notes, checklists, precedents, cases, and access to certain FIDIC, JCT and other internationally-used forms.
NEC4 : the contracts
A suite of contracts covering various aspects of the project management life cycle, such as planning, defining legal relationships and procurement of works, project management, and project completion. PPC suite of Project Partnering Contracts and Alliance Forms
Suite published by the Association of Consulting Architects (UK). UniMelb staff and students currently have access to the FAC-1 Alliance Contract, PPC International and SPC2000 short form.
