Reflaw is a blog that operates under the auspices of the University of Michigan Law School’s Program in Refugee and Asylum Law (PRAL). This online forum offers critical analysis on important new cases, legislation, and emerging issues in refugee law. It publishes both longer articles analysing the implications of law or policy, as well as shorter notes on global current events that may impact refugee law. Its aim is to aid practitioners, scholars, and students of refugee and asylum law in staying abreast of ongoing issues in the field.
You can subscribe to receive Reflaw newsletters by email, or subscribe to the blog RSS feed (RSS feeds do not work in Chrome - only Firefox and IE).
