The University (via faculty communication leads) has access to the Isentia media portal which can be used to:

• Access Australian media clips mentioning the University;
• Search for specific stories that have appeared in the Australian media;
• Create reports of Australian coverage;
• Download clips (Print PDF, broadcast summaries).

Online news databases (for example, Factiva, ProQuest News and Newspapers, LexisNexis, and specific news archives) can provide access to research published in newspapers and other print media. These provide alternate impact from mainstream academic publication output.

This can be important for reviews and commentary in the creative arts.
