Visit the Southbank Library Service Desk for all day-to-day queries. Staff can also direct you to relevant resources and refer you to other services if appropriate. Southbank-based students and staff may also visit any other Library Service Desk for assistance.

Research Consultations

Staff and Graduate Researchers can make an appointment with a librarian to discuss their research strategies, reference management, data management or publishing.

Library Chat is available on the Library's homepage, and staff are available to answer queries whenever a Service Desk is open.

Academic Skills

Academic Skills provide resources, workshops and advice to students on a range of topics to enable students to realise their full academic potential. Students may book up to 4 appointments per semester.
