Check for other active lists and check the assigned teaching period. Unpublish other lists and select the correct teaching period
Go to Settings in Canvas and ensure that Readings Online is visible in the navigation menu
Ensure that you allow browser cookies and disable any security extensions. You may need to add a security exception for the eReserve domain
You need to use the Open Athens link generator for linking to subscribed resources
Select the Locate option, then submit the reading. The ROL team will fix this up
