Finding the South African Constitution

The current Constitution is the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa 1996 (Act 108 of 1996). It is available on the following databases

This includes the current consolidation of the Constitution incorporating all amendments to date. Note that there is no official version of the Constitution as amended. This webpage also includes links to:
