Access full text in Ovid

Does Ovid include the full text of articles?

Ovid databases only include the abstract in the database record. You need to click link(s) to access the full text.

  • Click link for full text on left hand side of results list, it will appear as either:
    1. words -  Full Text
    2. button 

 

  • You may
    • be taken immediately to the page
    • wait for a page to load
    • follow prompts

depending on the article.

If you are having trouble accessing full text using instructions above try the following.

  1. Look for the name of the journal in the library catalogue
    Navigate to where the article should be (using volume and/or date info)
     
  2. Still can't find it? 
    Try our Inter-library Loans service.
