Encyclopaedias and dictionaries are arranged alphabetically by subject or legal term, and include scholarly commentary and references to significant cases and legislation. They can be a good place to start your research. A note of caution: some parts of the encylopaedias are not as up-to-date as others, so always check the currency of the information.
Print books on the English and UK legal system are shelved at KL 11 on Level 5 of the Law Library. Check the Library catalogue for more print and e-books.
