Community trial - Field trial


A community trial or field trial is an experimental study that tests interventions on entire groups or communities, rather than individuals. Commonly used in public health research, these trials evaluate interventions like vaccination programs or health education campaigns by comparing communities that receive the intervention to those that do not. This approach helps determine the impact of large-scale initiatives on overall population health.
